Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.
The Promotion – We are giving you, your friends and family a chance to earn a £25.00 Amazon gift voucher each when they purchase a fully comprehensive annual Taxi policy online with Freeway Insurance when referred by you.
1.To become a referrer (“Referrer/s”), you must register at this link: https://freewayinsurance.referralrock.com/v2/2/register Once registered, you’ll receive a link which can be shared with friends and family (“Friends and Family”) who aren’t Freeway UK Insurance Services Limited customers and who have agreed to be referred by you.
2.You do not have to be an existing customer of Freeway Insurance to participate, anyone.in the UK aged 18 and over can participate in the Promotion.
3.This promotion is valid from 01/10/ 2022 to 31/12/2023.
4.When your unique link is sent to friends and family, they will then need to click the link to go directly to our website where your friends and family can complete an online form to obtain a quote. It is important they provide the correct information and disclose all accidents and convictions. Failure to do so can result in the promotion being declined and they may be liable for further cancellation charges if the policy was purchased.
5.Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. Freeway UK Insurance Services Limited will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. 6.Your friend or family member will receive an email and a text message to confirm the price of their quotation. They will also receive a link to purchase the policy online by email and text message. To qualify for the promotion the policy needs to be purchased online and not through our call centre.
7.Once the friend has made a Qualifying Purchase, a confirmation will be emailed to both the referrer and the friend.
8.Once the new policy has been in force for a minimum of 30 days, both parties will receive their £25.00 Amazon gift voucher over email.
9.For every friend you refer, you and the friend will each receive a £25.00 Amazon Gift voucher within 30 days of your friends policy inception. The Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or used against the purchase of a Freeway policy.
10.Any tax implications incurred by the promotion or the liability of you the referrer and the referred friend. You may wish to seek advice from your accountant.

12.In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, Freeway UK Insurance Services Limited reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; and/or amend these terms and conditions.
